TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PointStack Fantasy Hub ("PointStack," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using PointStack, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

PointStack is a fantasy sports tracking dashboard. If you connect a Yahoo Fantasy account, PointStack syncs your league, roster, matchup, and scoring settings directly from Yahoo's Fantasy Sports API using an OAuth connection you authorize and can revoke at any time. For every other platform — Sleeper, ESPN, Fantrax, CBS Sports Fantasy, any DFS platform, or any sportsbook — leagues, rosters, matchups, DFS lineups, and prop bets are entered manually by you; PointStack does not log into, connect to, or automatically sync with those platforms. Once your players are synced or entered, PointStack matches them against live NFL stats from our sports-data provider to display real-time scoring.

2. ACCURACY OF LEAGUE DATA

For a connected Yahoo Fantasy league, the accuracy of what's displayed depends on the data Yahoo's API returns and on how PointStack maps your league's scoring rules — errors, delays, or changes on Yahoo's side can affect what you see. For every other platform, leagues, rosters, DFS lineups, and prop bets are entered by you, so accuracy depends on what you entered. PointStack is not responsible for scoring discrepancies caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated manual entries, a connected platform's API returning incorrect or delayed data, or scoring-rule mismatches, and the live stats we display are sourced from a third-party sports-data provider and may themselves be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

3. DFS LINEUPS AND PROP BET TRACKING

PointStack's DFS lineup tracker and prop bet tracker are informational tools only. PointStack does not accept, place, process, or facilitate any wager, bet, or entry fee, and is not a sportsbook, daily fantasy sports operator, or bookmaker. Any DFS contests or prop bets you track in PointStack — including any odds, bet amounts, buy-ins, or payouts you log — were entered into on a separate platform of your choosing, entirely outside of PointStack. These figures are self-reported by you for tracking purposes only; PointStack does not verify them against, or exchange them with, any DFS site or sportsbook.

If you import a contest-standings file (e.g. a DraftKings CSV export) to log a DFS result, that file may contain other entrants' display names, ranks, and lineups. You are responsible for only importing files you're authorized to use, and PointStack processes them solely to calculate your own results.

You are solely responsible for confirming that daily fantasy sports and/or sports betting are legal in your jurisdiction, that you meet the applicable minimum age, and for complying with the terms of whatever DFS site or sportsbook you actually use. PointStack makes no representation as to the legality of DFS or sports betting in your location.

4. ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use PointStack. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pointstack.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, share your account with others, or use PointStack for any commercial purpose other than managing your own fantasy leagues.

5. PAYMENT

PointStack offers a free trial period covering the first two weeks of the NFL season. After that, a one-time fee of $15 unlocks full access for the remainder of the season.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• The one-time fee grants access through the end of the purchased season only. Each new season requires a new purchase.
• All sales are final. We do offer refunds up to 14 days except where required by applicable law. If you have a billing issue, contact us at support@pointstack.app and we will work to resolve it.

6. ADVERTISING

Certain free, public pages (such as our Rankings and NFL Games pages) display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. PointStack does not control the content of these ads and is not responsible for the products, services, or claims of third-party advertisers. Some paid tiers remove ads from applicable pages, as described on our pricing page.

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of PointStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of the league, roster, DFS lineup, and prop bet data you enter. By entering that data, you grant PointStack a limited license to store and display it back to you within the service.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PointStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time
• Fantasy scores, player stats, or matchup data displayed will be accurate or up to date
• Data you manually enter will be scored correctly if entered incorrectly or incompletely

Live stat data is fetched from a third-party sports-data provider and may contain errors or delays. Do not rely solely on PointStack for time-sensitive fantasy or wagering decisions.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PointStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed fantasy league or DFS winnings, or data loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PointStack shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use PointStack to:

• Access or attempt to access another user's account
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute data obtained through the service
• Circumvent any security measures
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including laws governing sports betting or daily fantasy sports in your jurisdiction
• Resell or sublicense access to PointStack

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using PointStack at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing support@pointstack.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Paid users whose accounts are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post updated Terms here with a revised date. Continued use of PointStack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where PointStack operates.
